Insurance Participation Information

As a courtesy to you, we will directly bill your insurance carrier. Typically, we will be paid by the insurance company for covered services. We participate in a wide variety of PPOs, HMOs, and managed-care programs. A listing of insurances we participate with is available. Also, most physical therapy is covered by workman's compensation.

On your first visit, you will be provided with a statement of our financial policy. We will do our best to obtain information from your insurance company regarding your coverage and co-pay obligations.  However, it is important for the patient to understand their individual benefit arrangements with their insurance carrier.

We are always happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding our billing procedures.
